These terms apply to all users of the domain www.okana.dk and its subdomains

Access to and use of O’KANA Website and its services (the products and services available through this Website) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (Terms and conditions). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service. You are required to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes to the Terms and conditions as we update them from time to time.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website or all of entire O’KANA Website due to different circumstances.

O’KANA cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. O’KANA cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

Pricing policy and availability

Prices are shown in DKK (Danish kroner). All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total’ at the checkout. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. Tax-free shopping on O’KANA website is not available.


O’KANA reserves the right to change prices of the products. During the time of placing an order, the prices of the products will be valid throughout the process. If we discover an error in the price of any product, which you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Order policy

O’KANA reserve the right to limit the quantities of products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, O’KANA reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.


We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, UnionPay and JCB. N.B: We advise you to check with your bank to make sure that your debit card such as Maestro and Visa Electron is valid for online purchase.

The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is confirmed and dispatched from O’KANA warehouse.

We charge transaction fees as follow:

We also operate with O’KANA online gift cards, PayPal as well as client invoicing in special cases.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after. If any of your ordered items happens to be out of stock (often on rare occasions), you will be informed by e-mail.


Usually we do our best and make sure that your order is shipped on the following working day (Monday – Friday). All orders made Friday after 12AM are shipped the following Monday.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with information regarding how to track your order using tracking number that will be given in the e-mail.
Shipping charges will be added to your order.
Please notice that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Shipping Prices in Denmark:
All orders made on O’KANA website to Denmark are delivered with Post Danmark. There is a free delivery to all Danish orders above DKK 399,- otherwise it costs DKK 40,-. This happens within 3 – 6 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Prices in Norway and Sweden:
All orders made on O’KANA website to Norway are delivered with Post Danmark Free delivery to all Norwegian orders above DKK 2.000,- otherwise it costs DKK 155,-. This happens within 3 – 3 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Free delivery to all Swedish orders above DKK 2.000,- otherwise it costs DKK 135-. This happens within 3 – 6 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.


O’KANA has a return policy of 14 days. To return an order, please contact okana@okana.dk and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order.

Your returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after you informed us of your regret of the purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that O’KANA Webshop will accept the order for refund, as We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with return criteria:
Once we’ve received your return, and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you the total amount (including the original shipping fees) by your original payment method within approximately 1 – 3 business days.

N.B. The customer is responsible to his/hers return shipping until it arrives at our warehouse.

To make sure that return succeed, please make sure you follow these criteria:
1. Check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
2. Items must be returned in good shape, unwashed and undamaged with their original tags.
3. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
4. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.
5. We prefer that items are returned through O’KANA return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
6. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product and write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
7. Send the package to:

N.B.: The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches O’KANA and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.

Warranty claims

O’KANA sets a 2 years warranty on all products sold on our webshop (www.okana.dk). This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If you have any warranty claim, please contact us at webshop@okana.dk and remember to include order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.


O’KANA does not guarantee that all items shown on our webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, O’KANA will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail.
O’KANA cannot promise that the content of the website is free from inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, neither can O’KANA guarantee that all information is up-to-date, although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info and prices, errors may occur.


O’KANA cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life, as it partly depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.


All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. We have done our best but please have average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1cm on each measurement may occur.

All personal information saved at the site is handled under strict confidence. Okana.dk will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety and is only used for the purpose to ensure the best service possible.



For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.


Cookies are used by Okana.dk in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. OKANA.DK may not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser.

www.okana.dk tager ansvaret for varerne, indtil modtagelsen. Vi leverer kun i Danmark, dog ikke Grønland og Færøerne.

➤ Fortrydelsesret/returret

Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret på alle varer købt i webshoppen.

Ønsker du at benytte fortrydelsesretten, skal varen returneres uåbnet og i samme stand og mængde som ved modtagelse.

Du kan returnere en vare ved at sende den angivne adresse under Juridiske oplysninger øverst i handelsbetingelserne. Vedlæg derudover en kopi af bon/kvittering.


  • Sådan returnerer du
    Du skal inden 14 dage fra modtagelsen, meddele os om, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb.

    Det er dig, som skal dokumentere rettidig meddelelse om fortrydelsen.

    Vi opfordrer dig derfor til at sende den til os via email.

    Returvarerne skal sendes forsvarligt tilbage i original emballage.

    Vedlæg returformularen, eller din kvittering, og sæt returlabel med forudbetalt porto på pakken.

    Varerne skal være os i hænde senest 28 dage fra den dag, hvor du modtog varerne.


  • Tilbagebetaling
    Ønsker du pengene refunderet, overføres beløbet til det anvendte kreditkort (Dankort, Visa mv.) i forbindelse med bestillingen, indenfor 14 dage fra modtagelse af varen.


  • Returneringsudgifter
    Ønsker du at returnere den købte vare, skal du selv stå for forsendelsesudgiften.

I overensstemmelse med købelovens regler ydes du som forbruger 24 måneders reklamationsret på alle varer. Er der fejl eller mangler ved varen, skal du snarest muligt kontakte os.

Du kan dog ikke benytte dig af reklamationsretten, hvis fejlen skyldes skader eller slitage, direkte eller indirekte opstået som følge af forkert brug eller ringe vedligeholdelse. Ligeledes er du forpligtiget til at henvende dig til os indenfor 2 måneder fra fejlen opdages.

Sikker og krypteret betaling online
Foretages der betaling med kreditkort på webshoppen, sker betalingen på en sikker forbindelse, der garanterer, at dine betalingsoplysninger ikke er tilgængelige for uvedkommende. Når betalingen foretages online, sker det gennem en sikker krypteret metode gennem webshopsystemet og en sikker betalingsgateway.
